Introduction
I am a highly motivated individual, a graduate of Educational Management, and a registered member of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) with a strong passion for education and organizational development. I am committed to advancing my academic and professional journey in a dynamic learning environment that supports practical knowledge, innovation, and personal growth. My goal is to develop strong analytical and managerial skills required for today’s data-driven business world.
Academic Background
I completed my primary education at St Michael Nursery and Primary School, Ilawe Ekiti State, and my secondary education at Ekiti Anglican Diocesan High School, Ado Ekiti State, in 2014. I later proceeded to the Federal University Oye Ekiti, Ekiti State, where I earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Educational Management between 2016 and 2020. My undergraduate studies provided me with a solid foundation in business and management principles within the education sector and strengthened my analytical, organizational, and administrative skills.
During my time at the university, I actively participated in leadership and service roles. I served as Branch President of the Anglican Students Fellowship (ASF) and was appointed Prayer Coordinator for the Joint Christian Fellowship. These responsibilities developed my leadership capacity and strengthened my ability to manage human, financial, and material resources effectively. These experiences also prepared me to pursue leadership opportunities during my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year.
Career Development and Experience
After graduation, I completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Abavo Town, Delta State, in 2021. During this period, I contested for the position of CDS President and actively contributed to community development initiatives. My service year deepened my understanding of leadership, teamwork, and the importance of equipping the next generation with the knowledge and skills needed for future success.
Following my NYSC program, I secured employment with Christaco Service Limited, where I currently work. My responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, receiving wholesale goods, coordinating retail distribution, and using Retailman software for inventory and sales operations. This role has given me practical experience in inventory control, retail operations, and data-based decision-making.
Professional Interests and Goals
I have a strong interest in business analytics, operations, and inventory management. I am passionate about using data and structured analysis to improve business performance and support entrepreneurial growth. I am particularly interested in helping startups and growing businesses gain structured market entry and build sustainable income systems through proper data analysis and sound financial direction.
I believe that meaningful change begins with informed individual action. My long-term goal is to contribute to economic and organizational development by applying analytical and management skills to real-world challenges. I also hope to support initiatives that promote economic growth and poverty reduction across African communities.
